Treasury Manager

We are looking for a Treasury Manager that desires to make an impact on a fast growing organization. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Finance, the Treasury Manager is an integral member of the Corporate Finance team, responsible for building out and maintaining all aspects of treasury management including global cash forecasting and management, debt and loan compliance, banking relationships, investment management, FX risk management, treasury controls, corporate insurance and supporting the company’s growth. In addition to overseeing global treasury, liquidity and risk management, the Corporate Finance team at Sonos is responsible for capital structure, capital markets operations and corporate development and strategy.

The successful candidate will have strong experience in daily cash management, liquidity and working capital management, debt compliance, interacting with financial institutions and an understanding of Treasury policy and procedures.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage global cash operations including cash reporting, cash positioning, inter-company payments, and foreign exchange activities
  • Manage bank administration processes including the opening/closing accounts, updating resolutions and authorization levels, and managing banking relationships
  • Prepare weekly treasury reports including communicating liquidity position
  • Identify and proactively search for ways to optimize management of cash, working capital and capital structure
  • Work closely with accounting to manage and prepare monthly debt covenant reporting and compliance
  • Manage and execute short term cash forecasts, work collaboratively across the organization to obtain, analyze and explain cash trends and forecast variances
  • Minimize interest expense and banking fees
  • Identify and proactively search for ways to optimize management of cash, working capital and capital structure
  • Develops and manages the month-end treasury reporting process
  • Manages and oversees the administration of the corporate insurance program
  • Development of internal controls, policies and procedures for treasury activities
  • Develops and conducts risk management duties including foreign exchange management and hedging
  • Recommend and implement improvements to current treasury processes
  • Various special projects and ad hoc analyses as assigned
Skills You’ll Need
Basic requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field
  • 4+ years of treasury and global cash management experience at a global company
  • Proficient in financial modeling in Microsoft Excel 

Preferred requirements:
  • Detail oriented with ability to distill data into intuitive and effective output for senior management
  • Experience with G Suite
  • Experience with SAP
