This job has the option to be based in the Santa Barbara, CA or Boston MA office. 

Position Summary: 

We are looking for a Treasury Manager that desires to make an impact on a fast growing organization. The Treasury Manager is an integral member of the Finance team responsible for building out and maintaining all aspects of treasury management including global cash management, loan compliance, banking relationships, cash forecasting, FX risk management, treasury controls, and supporting the company’s growth.

What You’ll Do
You will:

  • Manage global cash operations including cash reporting, cash positioning, intercompany payments, and foreign exchange activities. 
  • Manage bank administration processes including the opening/closing accounts, updating resolutions and authorization levels, and managing banking relationships.
  • Work closely with accounting to manage and prepare monthly debt covenant reporting and compliance.
  • Manage and execute short term cash forecasts, work with other finance teams to analyze and explain cash trends and forecast variances. 
  • Minimize interest expense and banking fees.
  • Identify and proactively search for ways to optimize management of cash, working capital and capital structure.
  • Develops and manages the month-end treasury reporting process.
  • Development of internal controls, policies and procedures for treasury activities.
  • Develops and conducts risk management duties including FX management and hedging.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to current treasury processes.
  • Various special projects and ad hoc analyses as assigned.
Skills You’ll Need
You'll have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field
  • 5+ years of aggregate treasury, cash management, or accounting experience
  • Proficient in complex financial modeling in Microsoft Excel
  • CPA, CFA or CTP preferred.
  • Proficient understanding of US GAAP
  • Customer focus, strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast paced environment, and effective communication skills.
