As a Sr SDET, you will represent the Quality Engineering Test & Automation discipline in product development team. You will strive for service engineering excellence and work closely with the SW team in the design, testing and implementation of APIs in an Agile framework methodology, working with embedded systems, mobile devices and voice assistants.

What You’ll Do

  • Engineer new automated framework to support mobile client applications
  • Extend the existing automation framework where necessary and maintain automation
  • Run automated tests using existing Python and Pytest frameworks
  • Drive test planning, design edge cases and conduct manual testing of system and component / service level to test various features across all platforms: Mac, Windows, Linux, Android, iOS and devices
  • Constantly perform gap analysis of existing tests, writing new and ensure good coverage while being as lean as possible.
  • Investigate, logs and triage bugs to determine root cause and establish prioritization of any issues discovered during manual and/or automation testing.
  • Monitor, debug and fix breakages in the unattended automation that runs in our Continuous Integration environment.
  • Work closely with testers, developers, UX designers and product managers
  • Document and mentor other members of the team to expand their technical competencies and to adapt the best software engineering practices.



Skills You’ll Need
  • Proven experience with UI and server backend test automation, testing desktop and mobile device: iOS and Android
  • Demonstrate proficiency writing code for automation with one or more of the following: Python, Pytest, C++/C#, Node.js, JavaScript, Java
  • Experience with: GitHub / Perforce, Jira, TestRail, CI/CD, Jenkins, DSL jobs, Linux, VMWare, Postman, Bash.
  • Experience developing mock services for testing is a plus
  • Knowledge of AWS, Cloud Computing and Docker Container is a plus.
