At Sonos, our vision is simple – amplify the music experience.  As an Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for deploying and maintaining the overall field marketing duties within a specific territory. Ensuring on a daily basis our partners are trained, educated in the true way to sell Sonos as well as ensuring our  display experience is met.

Sonos is looking for Experience Specialists who are not only passionate about music, but are also passionate about evangelizing our brand, while ensuring the customer experience creates raving Sonos fans

What You’ll Do

Deliver and improve brand awareness & advocacy by:

  • Relationship Experience – Developing meaningful, high quality business relationships with our partners.
  • Training Experience - Educate our partners & their staff on our Brand, Products and Technologies in a competent, high quality, Sonos brand manner.
  • Demonstration Experience - Provide customers & partners with compelling, product presentations.
  • Event Experience – Support and deploy Sonos Experience events which promote both awareness & conversion alike.
  • Tactical Sales Experience– Selling support during key peak times, as needed, and help guide these customers & partners towards product purchases in a friendly and informative way.
  • Display Experience – Validate our products and displays always look new and adhere to Sonos brand and merchandising guidelines.
  • Reporting – Capture concise field reporting on all partner visits, trainings, demo events and competitive insights within designated territory. 

Skills You’ll Need

  • A passion for people with strong interpersonal skills. 
  • Gifted story-teller who as a natural ability to communicate with widely diverse audiences.
  • Enjoys new and changing environments; likes mobility and the opportunity to be a self-starter.
  • Can work independently while also flourishing a team environment.
  • Adaptive, Assertive and enthusiastic
  • Able to travel regionally by car on as needed basis. 
  • Resilient, knows how to brush yourself off and start again
  • Can be located in either Melbourne, or Sydney. 
How to Audition

The ideal Experience Specialist is a music lover, technology enthusiast, energetic, self-motivated, has excellent organizational skills, and possesses strong communication and presentation skills.  If this sounds like the right mix of challenge and opportunity, then we want to hear from you!
