- Define, design, and deploy a new automated test infrastructure to prove Sonos Voice Experience deliverables prior to deployment onto final customer devices
- Review requirements, behavior specifications, and design documents to begin test development early and uncover issues prior to implementation.
- Familiar with systems in production maintenance and management, more particularly with continuous integration and continuous deployment concepts and tooling.
- Contribute to release decisions by defining and providing product validation reports
- Report issues and supervise issue reporting
- Support issue qualification
- Plan, manage and execute validation campaigns
- Contribute to product documentation (user guide, operation guide, support FAQ)
- Lead, mentor and train members of the Sonos Voice Experience QA team
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related engineering discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills (English)
- Experience managing a validation project in an international environment as a QA manager or validation project leader, defining validation strategy and workload
- Proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying an automation framework / QA tools development as a developer and/or manager
- Experience testing consumer electronics products
- Experience defining use cases, acceptance criteria or software requirements
- Experience using CI Infra tools such as Jenkins or Artifactory
- Experience with Test case management tools (Testrail,...) and automation test infrastructure (pytest, cucumber,...)
- Experience testing vocal interface technologies
- Experience working with UX designers
- Experience using Jira and TestRail
- Experience programming with one or more of the following languages: Python, Rust, C/C++
