We are looking for a strategic, creative and action oriented Software Engineering Talent Acquisition professional.   We are the Trusted Advisors to our hiring leaders where we partner with them to efficiently grow our Software Engineering organization, finding the best and the brightest team members to grow our band.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with hiring leaders to craft a well-rounded Talent Profile and job description. Help the Software organization to achieve its aggressive (current and future) roadmap hiring needs.
  • Deeply understand the overall Software organization and specific functional area hiring needs.  What is keeping them up at night and why?
  • Create and execute a sourcing and assessment strategy.
  • Develop robust pipelines, and build relationships with both passive and active candidates.
  • Facilitate debriefs and help drive to a timely and right outcome.  Help put the right people in the right places.
  • Highlight your passion for the industry.  That means intimate knowledge about competitors, current events, trends, target companies, relationships in open source network.
  • Help build our employer brand muscle.  



Skills You’ll Need
  • 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
  • 2+ years in technical recruiting experience
  • Power to influence and drive toward results in a fast-paced environment
  • Creativity in problem-solving, resourcefulness across all stages of the hiring cycle
  • Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented, and have strong organizational skills
  • Experience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring
  • Ability to work effectively in a highly team-based environment, partnering with HR partners to strategically impact the business 
  • BS/BA degree
