Role 
To support our continuous growth and deliver on our 2025 strategy, we are looking for a dynamic, progress driven, empathetic leader who will have the day to day responsibility to manage all aspects of the delivery of Sonos product to its customer base in the Americas region, currently comprising of the USA, Canada and Mexico.

You report into the Director of Global Logistics and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders on global, regional and country levels. The role is focused on strategic direction, change management and building a scalable logistics network.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee Sonos channel demand through the regional supply chain, from origin port through to final mile door delivery
  • Construct regional logistics cost budget and forecast
  • Strategic management of the relationships between Sonos and its logistics partners:
    • Define and build the partner management framework and guidelines to provide best in industry customer service
    • Select the right logistics partners to support our goals and maintain these relationships on senior management levels
    • Responsibility for logistics partner contracts and service level agreements
    • Oversee the delivery of continuous and effective services within budget
    • Work to grow logistics partner relationships by identifying new business opportunities
    • Manage logistics partner business reviews and opportunities
  • Manage customer delivery performance including input to SLA’s, contracts and driving improvement plans
  • Provide leadership within the global logistics team that inspires and motivates others to act as a High Performing Team: customer experience focused, collaborative and relentlessly progressive. Although this role will not have any direct reports at start, the job holder must lead and drive change through cross-functional influence and relationship building.
  • Interface with Sonos senior leaders to help translate our commercial strategy into a supply chain strategy
  • Help define our global logistics strategy and build the tactical building blocks to deliver upon that strategy 
  • Manage the continual change agenda by early adoption of new trends and opportunities with a challenging mentality
Skills You’ll Need
  • A progressive career in an international business environment
  • Detailed understanding of retail channel requirements
  • Proven track record in managing and improving supply chain partner relationships
  • Experience and knowledge of designing and implementing business processes and metrics
  • Ability to facilitate innovation and change effectively
