What You’ll Do
To prepare for our future growth we are currently looking for a dynamic, analytical, driven, empathetic leader who can build and lead a world class S&OP function for the EMEA region.
 
As the leader of the Planning team in Europe; the Senior Manager, Head of EMEA Planning, is the key business partner towards the EMEA Managing Director, Finance Controller, Regional Marketing lead and the Country leadership teams with regards to Business Planning & Forecasting.  This role reports into the Operations Director.  
  
The Regional Planning Lead manages the Business Control & Forecasting (BC&F) Team and the Local S&OP planners across EMEA.  You are responsible for the Mid Term Forecasting Process, the short term (execution) forecast process, regional allocations/inventory optimization and will lead the overall S&OP cycle for EMEA.

Main duties and responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach the regional and local BC&F and S&OP teams to build a world class, high performing planning and execution team across EMEA.
  • Drive the Business Control and Forecasting process, Reporting and Analytical support across the region.
  • Manage Risk and Opportunity and scenario planning within the Region.
  • Establishment and execution of the local S&OP processes for EMEA within the Global framework.
  • Lead the S&OP reviews, prepare the data and metrics for review (via team members), identify gaps and scenarios and guide decision making for review/dissemination or escalation where appropriate. 
  • Contribute to the development of a global, best in class Supply Chain and Operations function.
Skills You’ll Need
  • “The best manager I ever had” track record of servant leadership running large multi-site teams and a progressive career in an Operations/Sales/Fulfillment environment.
  • Deep understanding and experience of Integrated Business Planning and S&OP process and governance.  
  • Financial background a plus. 10+ year progressive career in a Sales Operations environment.
  • Strong business & Finance acumen, and proven ability to act as trusted advisor to business partner.s
  • At least 5 years S&OP leadership experience in a geographically dispersed organization.
  • Strong Analytical skillset with attention to detail.  
  • Must have a deep passion for people and a proven track record of leadership.
  • Must be a builder who can architect and deliver a vision rather than an optimizer who is most effective optimizing an established process.
  • Energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image.
  • Must have a good mixture of drive and empathy; having the empathy to identify the true value drivers for our key customers (based on their biggest need) and the drive to deliver that value.
  • Intelligent, articulate and able to relate to people at all levels of the organization; excellent communication skills.
  • Great coach and developer of others who is trustworthy, transparent and serves as a respected leadership authority to others.
  • Flexible, team builder, team innovator, feels totally at ease in a fast growing organization.
