To support our ambition and growth of the Sonos organization and brand in China, we are looking to find an exceptional Senior Business Systems Analyst / Project Manager to join our growing Enterprise Applications team with a passion and experience in delivering great applications that meet our business partner’s needs in a timely and cost effective way. To be considered, you must have managed ERP applications implementation projects and in depth understanding of Ecommerce and Sales Order Management.

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities include: 

  • Collaborate with business partners to understand applications needs, gather requirements, map to existing systems, define new needs and test solutions

  • Propose solutions using applications, business processes or both, to support business growth

  • Provide detailed specifications to the development team for customizations and reporting

  • Manage implementation of enhancements, enterprise application solutions and add-ons, including unit tests, integration tests and the user acceptance tests.

  • This is a hands on role in a combination of project management and business systems analysis

  • Support the production environment and identify opportunities for improvements.

Skills You’ll Need


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or related field

  • 6+ years’ experience working in Information Technology at a high tech company

  • 4+ years’ experience with ERP systems including project management, implementation and production support

  • Excellent knowledge of Ecommerce and Sales Order Management processes

  • Experience with point of sale (POS) systems and integration to ERP systems is preferred

  • Working knowledge of Operations and Supply Chain processes

  • Excellent project management skills, analytical skills and communication skills 

  • Ability to work with a small global team in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with SQL and SQL Server

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
