You will be playing a role with impact in our cluster organization, consisting of the following countries: France, The Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. 

We’re looking for a Retail Experience Specialist to take our customer experience to the next level. Reporting to the Retail Experience Lead France and Benelux, your role is to support and guide our direct-to-consumer business ( and channel partners (both retail and e-tail) through this journey in a rapidly changing landscape. You will be contributing in projects varying from rolling out online and digital plans, to managing our third party point of sale agency and third party field marketing agency. You might also be entrusted with account responsibilities based on your experience and growth potential.

What You’ll Do
  • Executes and contributes to the Retail Experience initiatives and plans in the market, based on cluster plans and with the support of manager. 
  • Drives parts of the Sonos program and activities.
  • Contributes to high standards of execution and ensures that brand guidelines are followed.
  • Creates Retail Experience initiatives locally, ensuring they align with the cluster plan/calendar. 
  • Coordinates and oversees vendor / agency work (field marketing, point of sale and creative agency), regularly reporting to manager. Ensures learnings and results are shared and leveraged internally.
  • Assesses the communication workflow and brings consistency in bringing the key messaging across all of our communication channels towards consumer and dealers.

Skills You’ll Need
  • Bachelor's degree;
  • Experienced retail marketing specialist with 2-3 years of relevant experience in the fields of online marketing, retail marketing and point-of-sales for a premium brand (preferably in the consumer electronics market);
  • Solid understanding of customer journeys and channel partners and share our ambition to build an iconic brand.

Preferred Qualifications
  • You have a rolling-up-the-sleeves mentality;
  • You are able to work both independently and in collaboration with a small team, operating in a matrix structure;
  • You have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in both the French and English language.
