What You’ll Do

-协助区域销售经理制定所辖区域年度工作计划、顾客体验目标、年度销售目标;

-协助区域销售经理做好市场动态调查和竞品分析,制定区域内促销方案计划,监督各项促销活动的执行,及时反馈活动的成效及改善方向;

-协助区域销售经理进行区域内销售人员的招聘、选择、培训、调配,建立人才储备机制;

-协助完善区域内授权店的价格体系、政策及管理规范,做好区域授权店的库存管理,严格执行公司的财务制度,监督指导线下各授权店订货流程。

-与区域内授权店建立良好的合作关系,帮助授权店团队建设,并协调公司及市场部对授权店的培训与指导。

-监督并指导门店店长开展各门店的管理工作,保证各门店正常运营,帮助店长处理门店各种疑难问题;

-指导体验门店将目标分解,监督其执行情况及合理性;

-每月审核门店店长的工作计划及体验门店的销售业绩,带领团队完成年度区域顾客体验及门店销售指标。

-定期巡查体验门店,参与各门店的每周例会,收集终端反馈。

-负责安排所辖体验门店员工的培训计划,做好现场培训指导;

-按照公司考核制度定期对所辖体验门店员工进行考核,结果反馈给区域销售售经理;

Skills You’ll Need
1、 本科及以上学历,热爱音乐,熟悉华西市场
2 10年以上工作经验,5年以上管理品牌体验店经验(有奢侈品或大型直营店工作经验者优先) 
3、 较强的数据分析能力和逻辑思维,较强的沟通、组织及协调能力 
4、 能承受较强的工作压力,充满工作热情和责任感,有很强的感召力和凝聚力 
5、 良好的敬业精神和职业道德操守,工作细致、严谨、精益求精
