Regional Account Manager - UK

Sonos UK is looking for a Regional Account Manager to manage and develop our resellers within the Audio Visual / Custom Install Independent Channel to fill every home with music. You will be responsible for developing the London territory and need to exhibit a high level of business acumen, strategic planning, forecasting and execution. Internally you will need to build relationships and work closely with all UK functions such as sales, marketing, operations and management. 
The core purpose of this role is to not only to manage and support the accounts, but to focus on building a reseller base that delivers an excellent customer experience. 
This combined with the desire and ability to look for new opportunities and bring on additional business outside the traditional Independent Channel.

What You’ll Do
Manage and develop the territory to meet the individual and UK objectives  
Build and develop relationships to drive engagement and New House Hold growth 
Full accountability of sales related forecasts and expectations.
Seek, evaluate and drive new business opportunities 
Excellent account planning working closely with the Sales Manager, RES and Marketing team to ensure there is a detailed measurable account plan for the defined territory.
Work closely with all functions of the UK Team to ensure the defined key accounts have cut through marketing activity, well trained and knowledgeable staff, strong in-store Sonos presence and a pro-active approach to attracting new customers.
Making meaningful progress in searching out new opportunities and potential with existing reseller accounts as well as outside the traditional AV Channel 
Adding value within team as a senior professional by advising and giving valuable insights and band member in social dynamics

Skills You’ll Need
Minimum of Degree required 
Between 5-10 years of account management success preferably in the AV or related channels.
A creative ‘problem solving and solution finding’ approach to day to day business matters
Broad professional background within Sales/Account Management 
Relationship builder and strong team player
Full understanding of business mechanics and acumen and the whole chain in getting Sonos within the home.
A strong rapport builder with great inter-personal skills.
Analytical and strategic mind-set
Creative, inspiring and progressive.
