Program Manager GTM, Europe and Emerging Markets

As Program Manager Go-to-Market (GTM) you will be managing product & software New Product Introductions (NPI), End of Life (EOL) programs and go to market programs for the Europe and Emerging Markets (EEM) region. This means you will be leading the definition of regional NPI/EOL plans as well as the flawless execution across countries and functions in the EEM region. In addition, you will manage initiatives that activate our strategy and help drive sustainable profitable growth. 

Your key interfaces are: EEM leadership team, EEM functional and country teams (for example: Brand, Retail Experience, Country commercial teams, Business Operations, Finance, Customer Care), Global Program Management and Global Product Marketing. You will report to the GTM Chief of Staff for EEM.

What You’ll Do
General program/project management

• Ensure seamless execution of programs across countries and functions – timely execution with agreed scope and resources.
• Establish and lead cross-functional teams (e.g. Brand, Retail Experience, Country cluster teams, Planning, Fulfilment, Finance, Accounting, Customer Care, Platforms & Infrastructure, Legal).
• Identify, manage and communicate program interdependencies.
• Provide regular program reports and updates to EEM LT and other stakeholders.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and improvements in how we manage programs.

Product/Software programs (NPI/EOL)

• Lead regional NPI brief creation and flawless execution of Product/Software programs 
• Ensure regional-global interlock across key phases of the product lifecycle (from prototype to program to launch) - ensure regional business requirements are addressed in the global NPI brief.
• Drive alignment of the regional NPI brief across country and functional leaders on aspects such as pricing, channel margin, distribution and launch planning.
• Align regional launch strategy and execution with global program management, product marketing and product management.

Business initiatives

• Lead tactical and/or strategic EEM business initiatives to drive sustainable profitable growth.
• Lead a GTM workstream as part of larger company programs.
Skills You’ll Need
• 3-5 years of Program Management experience.
• Experience working with several functional groups such as Product Marketing, Brand, Retail, Sales, Operations and Finance. 
• Good understanding of product management & transition processes.
• Excellent organizational abilities and a proven ability in risk management and mitigation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Detail focused, self-directed and results oriented; skilled at both planning and hands-on execution.
