As the Offline Business Development Manager, you will work with commercial team to identify the success mode of business development strategy in China region, and also be responsible to deploy the expansion strategy to realize the business growth.

What You’ll Do

  • As an offline BD manager, you need to keep collecting the related information of shopping malls to identify the suitable location for new store. 
  • You need to work together with offline sales team to deploy the sales expansion strategy, and establish the partnership with external partner in the expected location.
  • Defined the location and type of new stores in the desired city and area, work together with regional sales team to investigate the status and formalize the business plans.
  • Keep close cooperation with Marketing project team in the initial stage of opening new stores, solve the emerged problem with commercial team.
  • Tracking the P&L status of stores and collect further business intelligence to optimize the further expansion plan.

Skills You’ll Need
  • Ensure the full and in-depth understanding of SONOS business, including- Metrics, Operations, Policies, and Procedures, which could overall contribute to our sales revenue, within the region.
  • Collect and formalize practical market intelligence of potential channels, working together with commercial team to identify the initial plan to realize expansion strategy.
  • Build up effective and smooth communication & cooperation mechanism with related function including online sales, Marketing, Finance, technical support, etc.
  • Formalized the strategic planning for 2020 development. 
  • Develop the pipeline and new business coming into the company.
  • Provide intelligence and consultancy to leadership team of long-term strategy of growth and expansion.
