What You’ll Do

  • 根据公司的规划和业绩目标,全力实现智能家居分销商开发完成销售目标
  • 对分销商下级经销商进行协助维护,帮助分销商实现开发及销售的目标
  • 针对地产开发商推广智能家居、智慧社区方案及产品,实现智能家居产品在精装修楼盘的批量销售;

Skills You’ll Need

  • 具有智能家居,定制影音或房地产行业项目相关行业的从业经验,具有一定的渠道或龙头分销商资源者优先;
  • 了解和熟悉智能家居业务,本科学历,3-5年以上智能家居、弱电、音视频多媒体、系统集成等相关销售背景,至少3年以上销售或项目管理经验。
  •  在国外或国内智能家居厂商有过销售经验者优先;
  •  具有较强的市场开拓能力,良好的销售技巧及人际沟通能力,独立开拓市场的能力
  •  具有强烈的进取心,精力充沛,身体健康,乐观豁达,富有开拓精神。
  •  熟练使用Word/Excel/PPT等软件
