What You’ll Do
To prepare for our future growth we are currently looking for a dynamic, progress driven, empathetic leader who can lead an enthusiastic team of 11 sales operations coordinators for the EMEA region.
 
You report into the Operations Lead of EMEA and work closely with all global, regional and country operations team members as well as with relevant other stakeholders, to meet and exceed the fulfilment performance targets. 
The role has both operational management as more strategic direction and change management elements, preparing for a scalable operational execution.
  
Main duties and responsibilities:
  • Ultimately your team’s work and effort should drive On Shelf Availability (OSA) and On Line Availability (OLA) at our key retailers and our own sonos.com in EMEA. You are responsible for order management and for providing service and resolutions when issues occur in the order, payment or delivery to our direct customers and trade partners.
  • Lead the team to act as a High Performing Team: customer experience focused, collaborative and relentlessly progressive.
  • Set and manage the strategic direction for the fulfillment role, its processes and supporting systems.
Skills You’ll Need
  • “The best manager I ever had” track record of servant leadership running large teams and a progressive career in an Operations/Sales/Logistics environment.
  • Deep understanding of or affinity with Sales Operations Processes and Integrated Business Planning.
  • Expertise in creating and managing customer relationships and performance measurement through tracking against agreed SLAs.
  • Been part of an organization that has successfully built a consumer brand, highly values the overall customer experience, and understands how this manifests itself through the entire organization.
  • Must be a builder who can architect and deliver a vision rather than an optimizer who is most effective optimizing an established process.
  • Energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image.
  • Must have a good mixture of drive and empathy; having the empathy to identify the true value drivers for our key customers (based on their biggest need) and the drive to deliver that value.
  • Intelligent, articulate and able to relate to people at all levels of the organization; excellent communication skills.
  • Great coach and developer of others who is trustworthy, transparent and serves as a respected leadership authority to others.
  • Flexible, team builder, team innovator, feels totally at ease in a fast growing organization.
