General Summary:

The Facilities Administrator is the face of Sonos being the first impression for guests, candidates & employees. The primary focus of the role would be to plan and execute front desk and hospitality services as a part of the Facilities team. He/she will partner will work closely with the Facilities team to foster an efficient operational team environment that is supportive of continuous improvement of the team and operational efficiencies.

What You’ll Do
Welcomes guests by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
Maintains security by following procedures; issuing visitor/temporary badges
Coordinate details to support internal events such as room bookings & catering orders
Assists with receiving, sorting, packing and shipping all mail and packages both domestic and international.
Daily monitoring of all incoming tickets/requests. Ability to triage initial responses and help team prioritize.
Assist in maintaining office, kitchen and snack supplies.
Employee program central hub, comfort in assisting in distribution and follow up thru front desk
Assist with drafting & maintaining departments documentation for both inter and intra departmental needs.

Skills You’ll Need
1-2 years of related work experience, Facilities, Retail or Administration preferred
Hands on experience required.
High energy with exceptional ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently. Strong attention to detail, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong written and oral communication required.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high change, flexible environment while still meeting deadlines
Comfortable initiating new and adopting existing procedures
Fast learner with good computer skills
