FP&A Analyst - Supply Chain

This role will be a key part of the FP&A team as we engage the Operations organization as trusted business partner and advisor. This role will be responsible for a variety of FP&A functions, including but not limited to budget management of OPEX, CAPEX, COGS, gross margin, financial model building, the creation of monthly/quarterly reports for key stakeholders, and driving the planning and forecasting processes with business partners. This position requires strong communication with key partners, attention to details, and a thoughtful approach to projects. We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, ability to jump right in, a collaborative attitude, integrity, and an inclination to help others as well as a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do

  • Compile monthly financial scorecards for Operations KPI performance (COGS and Gross Margin).

  • Support gross margin improvement by providing analysis and tracking of Product Costs (including BOM costs and tracking of component material prices and inventory).

  • Report, forecast and analyze freight and logistics spend working with the global logistics team.

  • Partner with Core FP&A to expand use of tools to improve reporting and forecasting accuracy and insight.

  • Focus on process improvement opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.

  • Ad hoc projects supporting key business partners within operations and supply chain.

Skills You’ll Need

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or Finance.
  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in financial analysis and reporting function.
Preferred Requirements
  • Financial experience should include full P&L familiarity and budget management.
  • Experience with supply chain, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics and product costing.
  • Experience in data mining across multiple large data sets with solid understanding of relational database structure.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a high degree of personal accountability.        
  • Advanced Excel analysis skills coupled with great visuals that tell the business story.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with a global company.
  • Self-starter - demonstrating high energy/creativity, relentless customer-focus, and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Passion for collaborating with others to deliver the best possible outcome while balancing key constraints.
