Delivering an amazing experience to our customers begins with our employees: the passionate people behind the Sonos brand. On the People Team, our goal is to foster an environment in which employees can do the most exciting, challenging, and rewarding work of their lives. You will help us bring this culture to life by focusing on and progressing every aspect of the employee experience. Along with a global team of Employee Experience Specialists, you will support HR operations and processes, ensure smooth on-the-ground execution of People programs, and help scale the efforts of the People Partner, Benefits, Compensation, and Programs and Insights teams. As one of the first points of contact for employee questions, you will serve as a trusted advisor, educator, information-router, and listener from an employee’s first days at Sonos. You deliver the support and empathy that makes Sonos more than just a place to work.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as a consistent point of contact for employee questions and needs
  • Own and improve HR processes & operations – from onboarding to job and manager changes to offboarding
  • Advance and scale People team programs and insights through reliable documentation, auditing processes, and proactive employee communications
  • Support the smooth delivery of recurring People Programs and one-off employee issues
  • Partner with other employee-facing teams (e.g., Systems, IT, Facilities) to ensure a consistent employee experience across the various aspects of life at Sonos
  • Support and facilitate Quickstart, our new hire orientation, where you’ll establish yourself as a trusted face from day one
Skills You’ll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 1-3 years in customer service, operations, compensation, benefits, or an HR generalist role
  • Insatiable appetite to learn and contribute   
  • Attention to detail and strong written and in-person communication skills
  • Comfort with data comprehension and storytelling
  • Familiarity with basic project management
