Employee Experience Specialist

We are looking for an Employee Experience Specialist who understands people, A+ employee support, and can help provide a top tier, systematic employee experience across the region.
 
You will be the exceptional first point-of-contact for employee and manager questions. Handling all inbound Human Resources related requests, ensuring employees’ needs are met in a consistent and timely manner, as well as supports new hire onboarding, leave of absence and benefits oversight, and project management assistance in new initiatives. 

Develop and implement an innovative employee experience, ensuring a consistent, high-quality employee experience that is designed to scale with our organization. While days will be busy, there is substantial opportunity to learn and grow with the company. 

The ideal candidate exhibits patience, teamwork, motivation, and an upbeat, positive attitude. In addition, you must maintain a high level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism as the beacon of Sonos-quality employee experience. This position reports to the Manager, Employee Experience.

What You’ll Do
  • First point of contact for all employee queries requiring local country expertise (e.g. benefits, insurances, pay)
  • Maintain high-quality level of employee experience and play key role in enhancing our employee experience further. Working closely and aligning with global team
  • Providing regional support for localization and deployment of global policies and programs 
  • Responsible for periodic updating of local country employee handbooks, guidelines and employment contracts, ensuring compliance with local legislation
  • Co-responsible for regular review of benefit plans, ensuring compliance with local legislation, Sonos compensation strategy and optimizing cost
  • Co-design and implement scalable processes that enhance employee experience and drive business performance through manager empowerment
  • Manage employee relations  
  • Closely partner with People Partners, TA and broader HR team 
  • Handling local health & safety, supporting managers in handling LT sickness cases
  • Ensure operational excellence
Skills You’ll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least three years’ experience in a human resources operations role, ideally in fast-paced international environment
  • Solid knowledge of employment law across AMPAC
  • Ability to learn quickly, handle ambiguity, self-starter, work at escalation level, who is extremely motivated with ability to work independently 
  • Excellent computer skills including proficiency with HRIS and MS Office applications
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and impeccable organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Must be able to work under strict confidentiality and operate with ethics and integrity
