This would not have been possible without the amazing team we have built thus far and continue to build.  Our people are the drivers and passion behind our pioneering technology that helped create this fast-growing market space.  We’re looking for a Hardware Product Management Leader that will set strategy and drive teams to shape the future of sound. In this role, you will be the leader and champion of future Sonos Products while leading a team of relentless hardware product managers to ship world class products.
This is a high visibility position that sets priorities for the product managers and product development teams who take new ideas through the product creation process to high-impact, global launches.  You will be responsible for the hardware Sonos delivers and will take seriously your responsibility to put innovation at the forefront of all product development, be an exceptional leader of teams and deliver business results with incredible product experiences.

As the leader of hardware product management, you represent the Hardware Product Management team and lead with our company and product strategies as your north star.  You will work with one of the world’s most impressive product marketing, design and development teams on the planet while interacting with colleagues throughout all levels of the company.  You must be comfortable working in the disciplines of product strategy, finance, marketing, engineering and design.

  • Creating a long-term talent management plan, including developing your current team and recruiting new talent.
  • Working with product marketing and sales teams to create the product stories and while maintaining a deep understand the competitive landscape.
  • Developing product positioning and have an integral role in product pricing, feature sets and launch timing.
Skills You’ll Need

  • 15+ years’ experience in a Product Management Leadership or similar role, defining and leading the creation of consumer products.
  • You have managed a team of product managers who have owned +$1 billion in revenue.
  • You are driven by delivering superior quality and the best product experiences in the world.
  • Uncompromising team work ethic with a deep experience leading global teams of product creators and the experiences that they deliver.
