The role will be responsible for a variety of credit functions, including but not limited to credit tasks, collections and ad-hoc projects. This position requires strong communication with key partners, attention to details, and the ability to work on reports with thousands of lines of data. We are looking for a candidate with a highly progressive outlook, a collaborative attitude, integrity, and an inclination to help others as well as a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do
  • Assess creditworthiness of existing or prospective clients
  • Monitor collections for a portfolio of accounts using various collection methods to identify past due accounts and follow up with various clients to collect outstanding balances.
  • Research and resolve discrepancies and customer charge-backs by working with the sales, operations, logistics teams and the customer. Work towards reducing our chargeback/deduction balance to zero.
  • Support the setup and onboarding of new customers
  • Analyze account receivables data to produce clear and objective reports
  • Adhere to credit policy and guidelines
  • Arbitrate customer complaints by coordinating between customer, sales operations, and sales personnel.
  • Assist with other ad hoc projects to ensure continuous process improvement
Skills You’ll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, mathematics, business, finance or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years work experience as a credit analyst
  • Experience working with credit reporting agencies like Experian
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principals
  • Ability to simply communicate complicated ideas in an understandable way within in a cross functional environment
  • Detail oriented with the ability to think and look ahead
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, team-oriented and collaborative environment
