We are looking for a detail oriented and reliable corporate paralegal to join us on this journey. This individual will be responsible for assisting on a wide variety of legal matters in support of teams based in both Europe and the United States.  Sonos is a newly-public, growing company in an exciting space with a small but vibrant legal department handling important matters all across the world.  The paralegal role is designed to grow with the company and provide a rewarding set of challenges to an enterprising individual.

What You’ll Do
  • Process and review NDA’s 
  • Review contracts and sales agreements 
  • Handle regulatory agreements 
  • Respond to subpoenas and other document requests 
  • Support litigation, diligence processes, and geographic expansion efforts
  • Handle invoicing and other financial documentation 
  • Act as a team player and key-member of the Sonos legal team 
Skills You’ll Need
  • 2-4 years experience as a corporate paralegal 
  • Ability to work and excel in a global, fast-paced, and often ambiguous environment 
  • Experience utilizing interpersonal skills to communicate across functions and with business executives
  • SEC public company experience preferred but not required 
  • Experience and proficiency with G Suite
