Joining the European Employee Experience team as a temporary HR Coordinator, you’ll be immersed in a culture of collaboration, transparency, respect and ownership. Our behaviors define who we are and how we successfully support our employees across Europe.

The HR Coordinators provide the first point-of-contact for employee and manager questions across 8 countries in the region. The team owns the inbound requests received by the People Team, ensuring employees’ queries receive the appropriate attention and prioritization whilst providing the desired experience. Your days will be filled with a diverse range of work which touches upon all areas of the employee life-cycle which will provide substantial opportunities to learn and grow with the company.

What You’ll Do
  • First point of contact for employee and manager inquiries also from HR email box and appropriately escalating issues to the different People Team groups
  • Maintaining a high degree of precision and accuracy in the management and handling of employee information across the different tools and systems
  • Provision of experience led support to all employees in the region
  • Administration of changes to employee information whilst seeking the appropriate approvals and supporting documentation throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Support reorganizations and other large-scale projects that require HR data processing.
  • Provide employee assistance with the administration of benefit plans, including the adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Management of employee absence cases including the required adjustments to benefits administration, leave management and compliance requirements.

Skills You’ll Need
  • Affinity with HR practices and processes is preferred– this is a development opportunity for the right candidate to learn and grow.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a genuine ability to work independently and in collaboration within a team.
  • Strong organizational skills – things change daily which will need you to adapt quickly.
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • High degree of proficiency with MSOffice Suite – particularly excel.
  • Must be able to work under strict confidentiality and operate with impeccable ethics and integrity.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A team first mindset – you’ll be joining an energetic and motivated team with a mindset of ‘no task is beneath anyone’.
  • Fluency in English required; fluency in other European languages is an advantage.
