Content Coordinator, Quality and Accuracy

The Content Coordinator role ensures the quality and accuracy of our content on our ecommerce site, blog, and other properties. They audit our websites frequently to keep content fresh and dynamic. Working with global and regional marketing leads, they provide critical support that enables us to execute engaging customer experiences and brand initiatives. This role is based in Santa Barbara, CA.

What You’ll Do
  • Review all global web content with an eagle eye for accuracy and excellence prior to launch.

  • Continually audit all live web content to ensure it is up to date in regard to our product experience and brand guidelines.

  • Maintain the content team’s scheduling with regular calendar updates, JIRA ticketing, Confluence documents, etc.

  • Compile and submit localization requests as needed.

  • You have excellent interpersonal and prioritization skills, with some project coordination experience.
