Our brand is changing the way people listen to music, and we’re on a journey to bring this experience to a global audience. 
In order to execute on our mission to fill every home with music, we need to hire a Brand Experience Manager Central Europe, located in Germany to support the Marketing Country Lead in delivering best in class solutions.
Sitting within the communications team, you will be responsible for helping to implement communications for Sonos CE. 
You will be the first point of contact for our media, brand activation and local creative agencies and will be expected to work with them to both deliver current projects and to spot new opportunities to bring Sonos into every home in Central Europe. You will also build a close relationship with your European counterparts, ensuring we are in line with global direction.

What You’ll Do
• Lead the execution of our integrated marketing campaigns being the main point of contact for our agency partners to get final plans live ensuring high standards and original plans are maintained.
• Be the main point of contact for our EMEA family to ensure creative selection and development is in line with the CE direction.
• Be the main point of contact for our EMEA friends on translations of our marketing assets for Germany, Switzerland and Austria markets ensuring TOV and common language are represented.
• Be the main point of contact when it comes to brand activation and work closely with the EMEA team.
• Be the first point of call for external partners wanting to either work with Sonos or integrate Sonos within their own communications and projects.
Skills You’ll Need
• A keen music lover.
• Energetic, passionate and extravert personality.
• Experienced brand marketer with a sound knowledge of local culture, music and digital media landscape.
• Previous experience working in a fast paced high-growth environment.
• 4+ years of experience working with likeminded brand(s) and teams in an international consumer marketing environment, ideally in music, technology or consumer lifestyle marketing.
• Strong strategic and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives in a fast paced environment and deliver on deadline and on budget.
• Proven track record in cultural brand building (incl. brand activation), creative execution, brand communication planning and execution with a focus on digital and social techniques at scale.
• Combines strategic clarity paired with innovation, fresh perspective and exceptional executional strength.
• Inspiring, hands-on collaborator with great attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
