To prepare for our future growth we are currently looking for a dynamic, analytical, driven, empathetic leader who can build an Account Operations function in the US which is one of our key markets.

What You’ll Do

Account Operations management and autonomy reporting into the Director of Regional Operations AMPAC and the Sales Account Director.  Responsibility will be on multiple US key accounts.
Responsible for Partner collaboration and Supply Chain customization.
Account level demand-supply balancing ownership, allocation and execution follow up 
Account level demand input to the Regional S&OP
Channel inventory management
Contribute to the development of a global, best in class Supply Chain and Operations function
Leadership and development of the US Account Operations.
Establish Sonos Operations as another weapon in our arsenal of value added activities

Skills You’ll Need
Proven success building and leading geographically dispersed Operations function for the long-term. 
Been part of an organization that has successfully built a consumer brand, highly values the overall customer experience, and understands how this manifests itself through the entire organization.
Demand planning expert preferably with experience within a US retail environment.
Deep understanding and experience of Integrated Business Planning and S&OP process and governance.
Built & cultivated win-win strategies with Partners, especially in the Operations functions, that moved business forward in innovative ways.  
Commitment to collaboration & great skill in this area to (a) create a culture of collaboration amongst both the Regional Operations Leadership Team and the US/Account Leadership and (b) work effectively & constructively with the other teams at Sonos.
Must have increasing scope and experience in managing Supply Chain, Regional Operations, or Planning.  
Must have a good mixture of drive and empathy; having the empathy to identify the true value drivers for our key customers (based on their biggest need) and the drive to deliver that value.  
Must have a deep passion for people and a proven track record of leadership. 
Must be a builder who can architect and deliver a vision rather than an optimizer who is most effective optimizing an established process
