Our Installed Solutions channel delivers best-in-class customer experience and reaches a part of our audience that is looking for turnkey solutions when it comes to entertainment and the connected home. Similarly, the AVS channel forms an important part of our Sonos channel strategy with it’s high-touch, consultancy-based selling, coupled with best-practice demonstration capabilities. It is our intention to nurture and grow these channels both in terms of their shared and unique strengths. Connected to the AVS and IS channels, and an important part of our potential future growth and your success, are our control partners and their channels.
You will own the entire customer journey for these channels: from trigger to convert and from customer experience to implementing the Sonos company and brand strategy. The relationships you will build will follow innovative activities that will target the music-loving audience. As we want to fill every home with music, you will be given the opportunity to target our audience even before they reach a store to educate themselves. Working closely with our commercial team, operations, finance, marketing and our Global/Regional IS/Partnering teams you will be engaging with a channel that has outstanding growth potential and that are highly valued partners.
The core purpose of this role is to optimise business with our current channel partners, help to break through with our existing and future initiatives and identify new activities to ensure continuous profitable growth. To be successful in this role you will maintain and optimise existing relationships and create new ones based on market analysis, empathy and a business driven approach.

You will create and maintain a regular cycle of communication and outcome-oriented visits across Australia to ensure that all key AVS/IS partners are playing the role we set for them as key NPI partners, brand ambassadors, educators and convertors as they proactively bring our brand to new customers, businesses and environments.
You will engage with all our AVS/IS partners (prioritising our Platinum Partners) assisting with training, in-store presence/merchandising, NPI and program/software initiatives.
You will develop excellent relationships with our Endorsed Control and Integration partners, both existing and new.
You will analyse, recommend and (if implemented) manage new distribution strategies and relationships through existing channels and new channels (ie adjacent markets such as electrical, security, building) through new partners.
You will build relationships within key related market segments to identify and drive growth and profitability.
You will work closely with all functions of the local Sonos team (Marketing, Ops, Finance, etc) to ensure AVS/IS accounts have cut-through marketing and a proactive, innovative approach to attracting new customers.
You will work closely with your Manager and the broader Sonos ANZ team on potential new breakthrough business opportunities connected to the AVS/IS channel.
You will assist with forecasting and own the results for AVS/IS partners, working with your Manager, National Accounts Managers, Ops Lead, Channel Marketing Lead and Finance to ensure profitable growth and a strong, accurate forecast process for the AVS/IS business
You will assist in the development and implementation of Channel Programs that add impact and value.
